ARTICLE 1 / PURPOSE AND IDENTIFICATION
The proposed products are sold by the company Talea 1973 Srls . whose trade name is TALEA BIJOUX based in Milan (IT) Viale Abruzzi at the corner of Via Plinio 13 / A - 20131 - registered with VAT number IT 11334970966 - Email: email@example.com (hereinafter the "Seller").
> The sale is aimed exclusively at anyone who places an order for purposes unrelated to the entrepreneurial, commercial, craft or professional activity carried out, over 18 years or, if minor, authorized by his legal representative (hereinafter the "Customer" or " Consumer"). The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale that have been made available to him on the site.
These Conditions of Sale, on the other hand, do not regulate the supply of services or the sale of products by parties other than the Seller who are present on the website https://www.taleabijoux.com through links, banners or other hypertext links, the Seller cannot be held responsible.
ARTICLE 2 / ORDER
These Conditions of Sale constitute an agreement for the purchase and sale of any product purchased through the site https://www.taleabijoux.com and are considered fully and irrevocably accepted by the Customer at the time of each order.
The Order will be considered accepted by the Seller and, therefore, the Purchase Agreement concluded, when the Customer receives the acceptance of the Order in his / her e-mail box via the preparation email. .
We reserve the right to change these Conditions of Sale. Any new Conditions of Sale will be effective from the moment they are published on our Site and will be applied to all Orders placed from that moment, while for Orders already submitted the previous Conditions of Sale will apply.
ARTICLE 3 / PRODUCTS / PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Any order implies acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The Seller undertakes to fulfill the orders received on the site only within the limits of the available stocks of products. In the absence of availability of one or more products ordered, in the event of a timely update of the site, the Seller undertakes to promptly notify the Customer. The missing item in the customer's order will be automatically canceled and refunded. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the Site within each product sheet. The images and colors of the products offered for sale on www.taleabijoux.com may however not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and monitor used.
On www.taleabijoux.com only new products are offered for sale. The Seller does not sell used products, irregular or inferior to the corresponding standards offered on the market through the traditional sales network.

ARTICLE 4 / PRICES AND INVOICES
All product prices are expressed in euros and indicated with VAT and taxes included (unless otherwise indicated), excluding shipping. The delivery costs shown separately in the cart must therefore be added to the prices of the products.
The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, at its discretion, without prior notice to the Customer. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the price in effect at the time the order is confirmed and remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received. Third countries are subject to specific VAT and duties. Note that the Seller has no control over third country specific costs and it is up to the buyer to contact the local customs office for further information. Any customs fees or duties are not included and are charged to the customer.
ARTICLE 5 / DELIVERY
The Seller processes orders from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), with an average delay of 48 hours. At some times (especially during sales, Christmas, private sales), the processing time can be longer due to the greater number of orders to be processed. In addition to this delay there is the transport and delivery time of orders, provided by different delivery services depending on the country. The maximum delivery period, including transport, is 15 working days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise specified. In all cases, the customer automatically receives an e-mail informing him of the shipment and the status of his order. The Seller will do everything in its power to deliver the order to the delivery address, within the expected delivery times. The buyer is responsible for correctly entering the delivery address. In case of problems during the shipment of an order, following an error in delivery (error attributable to the buyer), the Seller cannot be held responsible for the loss of the shipment.
ARTICLE 6 / SHIPPING
Shipping times in Italy are 24/48 hours on working days. The actual shipping time depends on the geographic area of destination of the Order. Unless otherwise indicated, the Seller does not offer free shipping to any of the destinations that can be selected when ordering.
For the delivery of the Products, the presence of the Customer or his representative must be present at the address of the recipient (indicated in the Order). Upon receipt of the Products, the Customer must check:
1) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the waybill accompanying the goods;
2) that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials.
Any damage to the packaging and / or the Product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately notified in writing on the Courier's proof of delivery. At this point the Customer must verify the quantitative and qualitative correspondence of the Products with what is indicated in the transport document together with the Courier who delivered the package.
Once the Courier's document has been signed without the Customer having made any objection, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of the delivered package.
If the Customer or his representative is not present at the address of the recipient indicated in the Order, the courier will make another delivery attempt the next working day. After the 2nd notice, in case of non-positive resolution of the stock, the goods will be returned to the Seller. The risk and the charge of each expense are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.
The Seller, for the payment of the refund, will in fact withhold from the refund an amount equal to the cost incurred for the shipment and delivery (and any other storage costs) of the products to the Customer's home and the return to the Seller's headquarters.
ARTICLE 7 / PAYMENT AND SECURITY
Payment for purchases will be made using a credit card ( Bankcard , Visa, Mastercard ) through PayPal or by cash on delivery. The order will be registered after acceptance of the payment by the secure payment service.
The customer must enter the type of card, the name on the card, the card number, expiration date and the security code on the back of it, in the places provided for this purpose.
Payment to the customer's bank account will be debited at the time of the order.
The Seller implements all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted through the web and on the site www.taleabijoux.com as such, the site uses a form that provides the encryption of the customer's credit card bank details, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). Contact information will never be transmitted unencrypted over the network.
ARTICLE 8 / WARRANTY AND REPAIR
The warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting the same of the purchased product. The warranty covers all products purchased on our site. Defects caused by wear, visible on the product or on the accessory, must be considered as normal consequences of use.
The guarantee does not apply:
- on damage resulting from improper use;
- on damage caused intentionally;
- on normal wear and aging of the materials used (some examples of discoloration of the plating or the color of the jewel).
- in case of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product, of any mechanical adaptations and / or adjustments not prescribed by the manufacturer, etc.
The lack of conformity must be reported within 24 months following the date of purchase; the time limit within which the product defect must be communicated from the moment it occurred is 2 months.
In case of lack of conformity, the consumer has the right to restore the conformity of the goods by repair or replacement.
The guarantee is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for dealers and resellers.
To request a replacement or warranty repair, use the Contact Us area on the website or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide a valid email, detailed description and photo of the problem.
Subsequently, the Seller will evaluate the defects and non-conformities reported by the Customer and will decide whether to authorize the return of the Products by providing the Customer with a reply via e-mail.
ARTICLE 9 / Return Terms
RETURN WITH FREE EXCHANGE - With regard to returns with exchange of the items purchased, a return request must be made and only after approval by the Seller deliver the package to a post office, attaching the waybill for shipping found inside the package / box. Obviously the product must be intact, not worn and accompanied by its packaging; otherwise the return will not be accepted. The exchange service is free. The costs and risk of transport remain the responsibility of the Customer. The return request with free change must be made no later than 14 days.
RETURN WITH FREE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - The right of withdrawal can be exercised from the time of conclusion of the contract up to 14 days after receipt of the goods (Article 65 of the Consumer Code). Clearly, the customer will be released and will have the right to a refund of the amount paid to the seller, net of delivery and reshipment costs (always charged to the customer), only after verification of integrity and perfect correspondence to what was initially sold. A return request must be made and only after approval by the Seller deliver the package to a post office, attaching the waybill present in the package / box for shipping. The refund will be made free of charge, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 30 days from the date on which the seller became aware of the customer's exercise of the right of withdrawal. The sums are understood to be reimbursed within the terms, if they are actually returned, sent or credited with a value not later than the expiry of the term previously indicated.
The right of withdrawal is however excluded in case of purchase of goods made to measure or personalized.
In the event of returning products that are not intact, damaged or lacking original accessories or equipment, you will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the Seller; however, you will be able to get back, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller. Otherwise, the Seller may keep the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
If the shipments made by the Customer during the return phase were freight collect, they will not be accepted by the Seller and therefore will be returned to the Customer, at his own expense.

ARTICLE 10 / Customer Guarantees
The Customer guarantees, assuming all inherent responsibility, and holding the Seller harmless from any detrimental consequence, that any and all data provided to the Seller is true and correct and allows to identify the true identity of the Customer.
When registering on the Site, the Customer indicates a user name (e-mail address) and a password which will be confirmed by the Seller through an email, the joint use of which will allow the Customer to access their personal account at any time, will identify the Customer himself and will allow the latter to make purchases of the Products on the Site. The Customer is therefore informed of the fact that the Orders placed through the joint use of username and password are valid and binding and that the availability of both part of third parties would allow the latter to issue regular Orders that bind the Customer, identified by username and password, to accept the receipt of the Products ordered. The Customer is therefore required to keep both the identification code and the passwords with the utmost diligence, keeping them both secret for the duration of the relationship with the Seller. The Customer is also informed of the need to communicate a valid e-mail address to the Seller in order to allow the Seller to forward the Order Confirmations and any communication.

All elements of the website www.taleabijoux.com both visual and audio, trademarks or patents of the respective manufacturers / brands, are protected by copyright. Total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these trademarks, and more generally that of other intellectual property rights connected to the site, for any reason and on any medium without the prior explicit consent of the Seller's company, are strictly prohibited. .
ARTICLE 12 / LAW
These conditions are subject to Italian law. In the event of a dispute, the Seller and the customer will try to resolve it amicably, through the customer service whose details are mentioned on the site https://www.taleabijoux.com If there is a failure in the transaction, the competent court in the event of a dispute will be that of Milan ( MI ) Italy.
ARTICLE 13 / PRIVACY
Your data will be processed in compliance with the rules laid down by the "privacy regulation code" and used solely to fulfill the tax and accounting obligations in force. They will not be passed on to third parties.
